At what point should reparations be discussed?
I believe the proper answer is never since none of the people alive had anything to do with it. At least that's what I've read in other circumstances.
On a more serious note: Why can't we stop doing these things? Why do we think WE deserve what other people have so we go kill for it? Are humans just dumb?
