But that would require him to actually do something and not be selfish (have you seen his house?) with his money.  In other words, it would put his money where his mouth is.  He's a dumbass anyway, and he's also not a very good player.  He has the right to do as he pleases, but it kinda rings hollow when all you did to "further your cause" is literally sit on your ass.  What a bum.
