You have stated prejudice is natural. 

When asked if prejudice against other races based upon their race is racism you stated, no. 

You compared other races to animals, specifically lions 

Not hiring "lions" doesn't make you a "lion hater" because the "lions" aren't "unjustly harmed" by your "natural" prejudice, right?
