And this eludes the further questions of:

"Is working 'sweetheart' deals for private business now a main function of our government?"

"If their business gets a 'sweetheart deal' from the federal government, can my busienss get the same?"

"Will businesses have to pay taxes anymore if all they need to do to get out of them is threaten to move their jobs overseas?"

"Where are these 'strict penalties' he mentioned?"
