You would understand this if you actually looked at the poll results instead of just blindly slurping up all the garbage Breitbart feeds you without even trying to think for yourself.
In fact if you even had basic math skills you would realize this by the fact that his unfavorable rating went up 15 points while his favorable rating went down by 11.
