Trump is as bad as you perceive him to be.
There are plenty of stories about his mistakes, miscues and flat out lies. But if someone wants to ignore that because he signed an EO to have a study done to see if something needs changed or not then they will not think he is as bad as he is based on what he says and does otherwise.
