Not just cars. Go to buy a lawnmower or washing machine or something? Not everyone offers free delivery, but if you are any good at negotiation, you can always get it. Negotiation really can apply to a lot of things in life. Get yourself some extra freebies on a cable deal, or get a free upgrade on your internet speed, or a better deal on your cell phone plan.
Skill in negotiation IS extra education. Not all education comes from a school with a piece of paper.
