I reread the link...he repeatedly say the myth is "all white" so he names some non-white serial killers and complains about media coverage.

Couple points.  They are calling a serial killer anywhere from two victims and up in this report which has leveled off the averages a good bit.  Also it's another area that the US leads the world in.
