It's all smoke and mirrors to appease a voting bloc without giving a damn if the mandate was good for women or not.
I've said before, but I'll say again, my high school growing up had one of the state's highest teen pregnancy rates for a decade or so. It only went down after they started teaching sex ed, and the health department made condoms available to teens.
Just hoping teens make good choices is like not wearing a seatbelt and hoping you stay in your seat during a wreck.
Not really seeing the religious part from that quote, though.
