Increasing contraceptive availability cuts down on unwanted pregnancies. Cutting down on unwanted oregnancies cuts down on public assistance spending.
I want to cut down on government spending, ergo I want to make affordable family planning available. I’m not racist, I’m a fiscAl conservative.
Also having a hint of responsibility.
Getting married and raising your children.
