Eifert was looking like a superstar at TE. Hill had gotten alot of criticism but his biggest issue isn't his YPC. Outside of Hill's rookie season where he lead all RB in big runs he went to the bottom of the league in big runs the last two seasons.

Eifert was on a 2015 Bengals that had so many targets it brought his number of catches down. Even then in the hardest part of the field when the windows are their tightest Eifert thrived...
