I can't even imagine why the Browns would even make such a trade.  What would be the point? 

They will have their choice of QB's in next year's draft when they once again have the first pick.  Maybe the next time around, they won't be too smart to take the next franchise QB again, like they were too smart to take Watson or Wentz.
