The government might not come down on you for using it, but damn near everyone else sure will.  What is it with people wanting to use freedom of speech to defend the N-bomb?  I never hear anyone saying they have the freedom of speech to call every woman the C-word, or every man they meet a mother f******, d***-s*****!  What if I use my free speech to go around and tell everyone I meet in great detail a long list of hardcore sexual activities I want to do to them?  Hmm, I'm actually going to try that last one....be back in a bit!
