You will notice that the second position is exactly what right wingers said when they were throwing a hissy fit over the "gay wedding cake" controversy.

If a business limits their customer base then they will be out of business soon enough. Right or wrong a person should be allowed to run his business into the ground if he chooses.

If this kid was following the owners/Arby's policy then fine. But if he wasn't then he should be fired.
