Anyone else notice how low energy Trump is when giving a "serious" speech?
Even though it was mostly a stock rally speech he seems to think if he talks slowly and somberly he is being more "presidential"?
It just accents his speech impediments to me and he comes off as board...which I'm sure he is since they are not drooling on his every word and applauding so he can applaud himself.
