Dino was specifically referring to the misinformation surrounding the current narrative of a crisis at the border, a narrative where several administration officials have stated that 4,000 terrorists were caught at the border last year when only 6 were. That's why he said "in this very specific case DJT has essentially made up an emergency using numbers that his own government and departments say are wrong"

I tongue in cheek referenced Obama because multiple posters here have used that as a counter to outright lies told by Trump post campaign.
