In an article full of disagreements the two words "he could" certainly tarnish those decisions.

Oh and DJT said sea to shining sea so I imagine he wanted it.

And the title of the article is a direct quote, not sure how that is "biased" any more than saying he sounded off.

As i said: Good article, but, if you don't believe the paper had motivation for using that piece of a quote then I have nothing for you.
