There is no such thing as an "underaged woman". There are 'women' and there are 'female children'. Being below the age of consent makes a person a "child".

A possible compromise? The president uses the phrase women "on the younger side" to describe minors. 

E.g., My good friend Epstein likes them "on the younger side."

Sounds creepy if you say he gets massages from/dates/parties with children.  First step to draining the swamp is cleaning up the language.
