Eh, he said something wrong on television, but what happened wasn't really an issue. Whistleblower tried to go to his bosses and got nowhere. So he reached out to a committee staffer about next steps and after giving a brief outline of the complaint was advised to get a lawyer and file the complaint with the IG. There is a lot of blowing this out of proportion.
