Trump tweeted that there couldn't have been quid pro quo because the Ukrainians didn't know the aid was being withheld... and then the AP revealed today that the Ukrainian president knew as early as April that Trump wanted the investigation and NYT revealed that the Ukrainian govt found out in early August that the aid was being withheld because of the investigation.
