I've used them before while over seas. They actually are rather nice once you get used to them but it does take getting used to. No skid marks and no dingle berries.

The ones I am talking about are about $50 on Amazon and fit under most toilet seats as long as it is a two piece toilet with a flat seat. Reviews I read with plastic seats that curve down toward the bowl say that is a problem and don't fit. They have a knob that sits to the side of the toilet seat to turn it on and clean your bits and pieces. Like I said the water is supplied to it via a T-Valve and the water pressure once turned on moves the nozzle up as it does its job. I've actually been thinking of getting one.
