Yet he didn't seem to think Minnesotans like Ilan Omar and her "ilk" had superior genes.

Was he addressing Somali "People of Minnesota" and not just white folk at his rally when he asked

“Are you having a good time with your refugees?” 

Perhaps he just meant Somalis who aren't citizens yet.
