They want representation right? That's the complaint? Being part of Delaware would solve that issue. Or is this a case of I want what I want the way I want it or I don't want it?

How is it a problem? As has been discussed here by people other than me Puerto Rico benefits from the current situation in ways that they would not if they were a state. Your representing this as a historic wrong that has been begging to be corrected. It isn't, and framing it as such is disingenuous. At least be honest about why you want it "fixed" now. I could at least respect the honesty.
