It's official.
Today, 12/19/22, the Jan 6 committee has officially concluded their investigation and has recommended criminal prosecution for Trump, John Eastman, and others on:
- Obstructing an official proceeding
- Defrauding the United States
- Making false statements
- Assisting or aiding an insurrection
We'll see if the Justice Department chooses to take action on Trump or any of the others in the coming months.
