The Sardine thing is real. Some people who eat too many sardines, oysters etc. can trigger severe reactions to the skin. I know this from experience, unfortunately. I'm talking so severe the ***** just drips off your hands and feet and the smell is atrocious. Like rotten apples. Too much detail?
