Many presidents are referred to by their full names or middle initial...congressmen not so much.

The issue here is the reluctance of the hypocritical left to call Obama by his full name. Muslims are good people right?

They think of the world in skin color terms. So they need to be upset since it bothers them to call Barack Hussein by name .... They always try and throw in a barry to lessen the blow of his name.
I could care less if democrats want to call Cruz by Ted, Raphael or whatever.
