Maybe not to a specific politician, directly.  But, it's pretty much common knowledge that the funding for these traveling professional protest groups gets their funding through George Soros, or by organizations with a heavily veiled money trail that leads to him, or his holdings.  

Now, I'm really not inclined or desired to spend the time and energy finding and presenting the research that clearly shows that, but you and I are both intelligent enough to know that it is true.  And, it was just a picture that I found humorous...
