I would LOVE to see the sources on that, because last I knew, ISIS wasn't running around with a bunch of M16s and M4s. So I am going to call outright BS on your 85%.
The US weapons that ISIS DOES have, is from them overrunning defended positions and capturing the equipment, which has nothing to do with an embargo.
