Go ask for a loan. Why don't they ask for a loan? Because if they fail, they lose their business to a bank. If they fail with a bail out, they still get to cash out on their way out the door if they don't get another bail out.
If you don't have enough confidence to be successful enough to pay back the loan then why should we give you money for free?
But, yeah. Let's ***** about a $15 minimum wage.
