Flacco got Baltimore a 4th rounder, we'd be lucky to get the same in return for Andy. He's proven time and time again that he can't win the big games. He's good if you're happy with 10-6, 11-5 at best and playing a home game in the wildcard round and going home. Nothing more, nothing less.
We've seen it for eight years, nothing leads me to believe something will magically click now. Which is disappointing because he's a good guy who does play his heart out. But he doesn't have "it."
