For me this is just something goofy to ponder. Mike is a dumb GM and notoriously stubborn, so I wouldn't say anything is out of the question.
But for the record, since this is such a serious matter, I doubt Mike has avoided big armed QB's "cuz Palmer".

but I do know this franchise has passed on QBs that can smoke the ball downfield in favor of QBs with less arm strength that rely on anticipation and precision
