I guess my thinking is that the Bengals may sign Alexander and WJ3.  Not sure they can find impact players like Chase and Pitts on FA Market.  Pitts should be difficult to negate unless he is injured.  Chase-Burrow would be tough to stop, and upgrade over Green on the outside.
