Doesn’t mean teams don’t overdraft QB’s every single year. That’s why we see a guy like Trubisky go 2nd overall. Fields was pretty much the consensus QB2 before his rough stretch towards the end of the season. He might not go that high, but I think it will be closer to that than mid twenties.
