The Difference between the Bengals and Pittsburg?

Don't think it's relevant. If talent & raw material were the issue, I could see it being relevant. But those things aren't issues. The Bengals routinely have as much talent as any roster, (especially) including the Steelers. They've drafted smartly during the Lewis era, and are known for being really shrewd in that area. Several of their assistant coaches have gotten head coaching jobs. They've largely been a model of stability since Lewis came on board, and they've won at least four conference championships since then. On the field in big games, though, it's a mentality and an expectation. They just haven't been able to turn that corner. The Steelers? Even tonight, they managed to win a game they shouldn't have. It took an official's call to allow them to move on.
