The #Bengals have agreed to terms with first-round pick #Michigan DB Daxton Hill, source said. He’ll sign today. Another first-rounder in the books.

Interesting. Typically, the Bengals start with the late Day 3 picks and the 1st rounder is one of the last to sign.

There's details in the contract to negotiate, including guaranteed money. It also increases each year... 2020 4yr/$11.25m 2019 4yr/$10.27m 2018 4yr/$9.62m 2017 4yr/$9.04m ____________________________________________________________

I don’t know how the 4th pick got the best contract. Cap went up significantly in 2022 so I think closer to 4 year and 12.5 million 2024 may go on record as one of most underperforming teams in Bengal history. Bengal's FO has major work to do on defensive side of the ball. I say tag and trade Tee Higgins in 2025 to start with the rebuild.
