LOL

My favorite Chuck Norris joke: Chuck's actually been dead for like 5 years now. The grim reaper is just afraid to tell him.  Hilarious

The OL needs to be fluid like water and adapt to any situation.

Nice Ocho. Always have loved how Frank works with the OL. He is always amped up and pushing his dudes.

Just the type of OL coach I have always wanted here. Hope he finally builds a great OL in Cincy. Been a decade and a half
since we had a great OL.

Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

Sorry for Party Rocking!

I once represented the sportswriter Davis Miller who knew Bruce and wrote the book "The Tao of Bruce Lee".

I thought he called it the art of fighting, without fighting

I think of that movie “ Necessary Roughness” where that guy beats up the whole team using Kung Fu…

If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.

"Eating glass" makes sense. "Shit in neck" sounds mentally challenged.

I think Frank is either having fun in the spotlight hopefully to deflect tension, or trolling or both.  He has vets that should have cohesion by the 2nd month, but he better get a few of these kids to the next level.  I'm sure they see it as levity, amused by the next drunk uncle hyperbole on it's way.  It's better than being worried about using condiments the wrong way.

Chuck taught Bruce to not use those crazy kicks, cause he could break his leg with solid foundation strikes.

Love Bruce, great fighter but in a real fight he would lose to Chuck. Chuck Norris is too sound. Mellow
