I'm not mad yet. Made a bet with a Buffalo friend that I will host and provide wings (despite his condemnation), smoked cream cheese, and a punch bowl of forget your troubles if we face in the playoffs. Yes Jackson and Jenkins boost the IDL. Our O line coach, and head coach love the wide zone runs. I hope for Moss's sake we focus on pin and pull. Where is the FB in our scheme? Is Peko available lol? I will say, Moss tries to fight for an extra 1-2 yards, unlike Mixon who went down on first contact

Stupid penalty, but I believe he was upset with the defender shoving his shoulders, then helmet into the turf after the play. I could be wrong tho....

I'm with Caesar, I'd rather see Burton than Irwin.

258 yards, 2 TD’s, 0 INT, 103.7 passer rating

Could have been even better without the drops. Step in the right direction anyway.

I think he should've ran it when he threw to Irwin.... otherwise, pretty heady game from him today. He's at least 95%. Last week was like 65, lol

It was the tackle he thought was a hip drop tackle it was not and used excessive and abusive language to the ref.

I know why he got the penalty....it was warranted, I just wasn't sure why he was so pissed. It wasn't a hip drop tackle, but dude definitely shoved him and put his hand on his facemask and pushed his head into the ground. That's what I thought he was mad about.

And we really cannot forget the 2 key facts.

1. Zac’s ineptitude and shitty play calling lead to Bengals picking #1 - Joe Burrow and Tee early 2nd.

2. Zac’s ineptitude and play calling got Burrow on IR - landed Jamarr Chase.

Name one area Zac Taylor set out to improve upon and has actually succeeded? I mean really improved?

I said it when they drafted Burrow…Mike Brown and Katie ****** up by not having any coaching staff with real experience. The Chiefs would not be what they are without Reid and Spags.

You don't think Mahommes has anything to do with their success? Great coaches, no question, but Mahommes is a HUGE part of the entire organization.

100%. But I think Mahomes didn’t come out of college and into the NFL the player he is now. I believe Reid is a huge reason for his growth. Doesn’t hurt that he had a team that was very competitive the years preceding his arrival. Put Joe in Mahomes shoes he easily has at least a few rings.

In what world is our receiving group better than the 21 team? Boyd had 800+ yards that year. We will be lucky if Yoshi/Irwin/Burton has that combined this season.

I certainly agree with that. I'd say having a guy like Alex Smith around to help ease him in helped him too. Reid is one of the all time greats for sure too.

I thought so too. Because I didn’t think it was a hip drop tackle.

Depth & Gesicki is going to make a huge mark in the Redzone

The problem is our “depth” is starting. And not just because Tee is out.

I think Chase is a better receiver than he was in ‘21 and Tee. I think Gesicki is better than Boyd. I think that Burton and Isovias will continue to thrive.

TE dropping 1st down in his belly, next play fumble TD.

Chase, being a stupid idiot costing us 3 points.  Edit Chase cost us field position, it was still pathetically stupid.

McPherson missing an extra point.

We will play a 7th round rookie safety in his second game vs Mahomes – he has 2 costly penalties, but we wont play a 3rd round rookie averaging 45 yds per catch?

Where in the hell is Battle?

Joe was still off on some throws and still has happy feet.

Brown averaging 10 more yds per carry than Moss but wont give him the ball.

Never went back to All or Burton.

Surprising:

Defense was crap early but turned it on without Rankins and Hill.  Good to see.
I know he won't lose sleep over it, but I am over Ja Mar and his antics.
