It’s nice to have 2 star WRs who are t egotistical head cases. They were as happy for each other as they were for themselves

I know Tee always is a genuine stand up person, but it was really nice seeing Ja'Marr so selfless as well.

The entire board, myself included, and even the bengals and some media thought last year they were a superbowl team. Where have they dramatically improved over last year? We need dramatic improvement to go from 9-8 to Super Bowl .

Don't think Ja'Marr was lumping Jeff Ruby's in with all the rest of the food in Cincy and he said so after wards.Of course, it was a slap in the face. If not, why would Ruby respond? I don't think Chase intentionally meant to disrespect The Precinct but to assert "The food could be better" is not a positive endorsement. ![]()

Because we missed the playoffs by one game, lost many games by less than a touchdown, were beaten by the Chiefs, who were in the SB, by 1 point, we averaged about 27.5 points per game last year and I severely doubt we'll go into this year with the defense as injured as we did last year. Slayton will be better than Rankins, Jenkins and McKinley now have a year under their belt and are a year more mature so they should be better, and I liked the way they were playing at the end of the season. Dax Hill should be back. DJ Turner should be back, Cam Sample should be back. Logan Wilson had the surgery to clean out his knee. McPherson should be back to 100%. Hubbard was horrible last year playing injured and whoever replaces him will be an upgrade. You, and the entire board as you say, seem to forget how depleted the Defense was last year. We'll get new players in the draft and we have a new DC and new coaches. You can be pessimistic if you want, I choose to be optimistic. ![]()

Outside of a chili dog, Cincinnati is not. Everyone can't afford to eat at a Ruby's every night, nor would I even want to. If I could, I'd be at Eddie Merlot's. (kicks Ruby's butt every time) Outside of Montgomery Inn, I can't think of a single place I'd drive to Cincinnati to eat at. I grew up in Cincinnati, its not a slap, its reality. Louisville is no better.

Louisville is no better. I think a lot of cities are like that. There's like maybe 2-3 restaurants where I live that I'd even consider eating at. Some people don't care what they eat though and eat at the other ones.

The OL and Defense could be much better than last year and I find it far fetched they are not much better. The coaching of the OL and Defense last year was terrible.

I get it, New Orleans food is like the best, but a damn good steak sure isn't slop and I doubt Ja'Marr meant to offend Jeff Ruby. He later tweeted he loved the food.

I smoke my own ribs, and used to compete a lot in BBQ contests (Contest winning BBQ is not good BBQ you'd want to make a meal out of, which is why I quit doing it). I still like Montgomery Inn ribs, maybe it's just nostalgia for me. Can't beat the Saratoga chips though... |
