I've seen Farley and Rousseau mentioned in the Top 10 across different sites, but it's not 100% across the board.
Given both of them opted out for 2020, I think that's factoring into why they might be falling out.
The Combine will be important for them, as we will get to see how they've grown while being out of football for a year.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

I wonder if any player will be eligible for Senior Bowl or Shrine Game if they opted out.

I thought certain underclassman were eligible if they got their degree

Kinda on the kwity train as he is way less raw.
I think Kwity Paye is pretty raw.
Rousseau had 19.5 TFL and 15.5 sacks in just 13 games.
Paye had 23.5 TFL but just 11.5 sacks in 28 games.
I see the appeal for Paye, but he didn't exactly light up college football.
Paye seems more like Rashan Gary to me.
Gary had 34 college games with 23.0 TFL and 9.5 sacks. A bigger DE like Paye.
Gary was taken 12th overall by GB primarily because of his measurables and Combine.
Through two seasons in the NFL, Gary has put up just 7.0 sacks in 31 games.
Would fans be satisfied if it took Paye (or any pass rusher) a few seasons to acclimate?

One would assume part of that is because they felt he wasn't ready to take on full-time DE duties.

Lot's of folks that forecast drafts for a living are all over the place on GR.
I've seen him mocked anywhere from #4OA to the 20s.
The dude is 6'7" 265lbs and had 15.5 sacks and 19.5 TFL as a Redshirt Freshman
Myles Garret went #1 a couple years ago a never matched those number in any of his years at A&M
IDK is taking him is smart but I can see us kicking ourselves if we don't while this guy tears it up in Dallas

He’s less raw than Rosseau, as in he needs development in every aspect of the position. Drafting Rosseau to me means a team is willing to forfeit basically 3 years before he sees significant time on the field.
Kwity Paye won’t start year 1, because he needs to develop his fundamentals more, but he has great intangibles and should make an impact year one. That’s my opinion.

Gotcha.
Still, you have to be concerned why the 12th overall draft pick from 2019 is only getting less than 50% of the defensive snaps in his second year. I'd think you'd want a 1st rounder to contribute more than that by this point.
With that said, The Packers have won 13 games each of the past two seasons, so I guess they're doing something right lol.

I don't agree that Rousseau needs 3 years of development.
I think he gets (or should get) to be a pass rush specialist his rookie year and could put up 7+ sacks in that role.
He should be able to handle full-time DE duties by the start of his sophomore year.
If he cannot get to that point that fast, he doesn't deserve to be picked in Top 10 IMO.

Pretty good breakdown on Rousseau here:

I’d be pretty upset if we took him with a top 5 pick.

I don’t have time to watch this breakdown right now, but I still feel like he is a multi year project player since he is still brand new to the position. I don’t care about tat he had 15 Sacks, I bet most of his sacks came from horrible line play. Watch his 4 sack Florida state game.
If a team drafts Rosseau in the top 10 It will be a really bad selection at That spot.

He’s major boom/bust. Like you play him very little in year 1, put him in some packages year 2, then you hope he has it put together in year 3 to start.
Idk if you pick that kinda guy top 10 or even in the first
