Confidence in the front office
#21
Let's see here, this was back in early September, right around the time that most fans optimism for the upcoming season is at it's peak. I must have been feeling really good that day, as I gave them an "8". Then the disastrous first half of the season happened. That'll teach me to feel good about my team. Sad

Volson is meh, but I like him, and he has far exceeded my expectations

I gave a five, cause that’s is how I’m feeling right now. I have been higher, and this rating will go higher if they come out of free agency having addressed a couple needs with quality players.

I need to let the Hendrickson situation play out. Same with T. I’d have to think they have a plan in place, w3 just don’t know what it is yet.

This is the only reason that I gave them a #3.

They seem to rarely hit on draft picks outside of the one's that fall into their laps.

They let Bates get away, dumb. I never thought that I would see the Saints or Lions win a SB before Cincy. I know, but they're knocking on the door and they had a ton of injured players last season.

If we currently had one of the other big three locked up I would have given them a higher vote of confidence, but currently they do not!

I voted best front office in the league..Not because it's true, but I figure that if I say nice things about them they'll do the complete opposite and I won't be disappointed.

For sure.  I'll give then credit for building a solid defense through FA and Burrow Chase and Tee got then to a SB.  We were robbed of finally seeing a ring with even just a below average line.  Then they squandered the skill guys' rookie contracts with bad draft classes and we just cut some of the FA signings that were supposed to be part of our core.

I'm giving them a 5 and hope they get me back to a 6 at least. I really thought that signing Burrow would give me confidence for the future but they haven't drafted well enough to replace the vets.

1.

Worst in the league. Though the owner is the real problem.
