They don't just come into the league great even if Sewell and Ragnow were very polished, this isn't reality.
A good coach has to work with what he has. I don't like Duke and his terrible picks either, but coaching has been part of the problem.

dude...if Pollack had that offensive line,,he would have been given a 5 year extension ..not get fired..not one Bengals player would be starting on Detroit's line and that includes Mims and Brown..our OL looks like an eighth grade highschool line compared to detroit..This was the first time I watched a Detroit game in its entirety..Ill take it even further..Detroits offensive line looks like a group of battleships plowing through some 40 ft long luxury yachts..Our line looks like a bunch of old arthritic senior citizens with multiple injuries
