They don't just come into the league great even if Sewell and Ragnow were very polished, this isn't reality.
A good coach has to work with what he has. I don't like Duke and his terrible picks either, but coaching has been part of the problem.
To act like it isn't is foolish.
pollack cant do anything if the players don't have the skills, strength and athleticism..and our offensive line lacks all of the aforementioned..Take away Burrow..it would be even worse.I feel that they are going to make some definitive changes on the defense and offensive line..New voices were needed..it was the right call to let Pollack and Lou go
