Facemask Penalty to become reviewable

A face mask review depends. If Mahomes, if the defenders hand comes within 6" of his facemask, it is a facemask penalty.

If it is Joe Burrow, the defender needs to rip the helmet off of his head by the facemask.   the review will be conducted by Steelers fans Stevie Wonder and confirmed by Snoop Dog for Bengals games.
