If that was the case, we know how they typically grade most LBs (very poor), so I could see how that one may be lower than some other sites have LB ranked.

PFF may be using their methodology, but this falls in line with what I've seen regarding this class.  The big caveat is they gave OT like a B, but say many of them will have to move to G, then give IOL a C, saying it looks like a weak class until you factor in the T prospects that may move inside, effectively counting those players twice.
