You are correct about protein, but incorrect about appetite, especially if he is trying to get lean.

But not here to argue minutia, as I was pointing out what some use nicotine products for, not saying that was why Myles was dipping.

We all want Murphy coming in at the weight and body fat percentage that will make him the most effective on the football field, whatever weight and percentage that may be.

In my opinion, it would be nice to see Him drop down to 262, basically dropping to 10% BF, as his closing speed is lacking.

But that is my weekend analyst take as an outsider, not the coaching staff and trainers who see Myles Murphy much more often.
