Correct, the video wasn't him muscling Strickland around the cage it was a 300 pound guy changing levels with great flexibility and out pacing the smaller guy. We have for years lacked great athletes at OL so I am excited to get one.
I coached wrestling for 10 years, wrestled in college, have all the hardware and awards...what you see here is impressive for someone that size even looking at it through the lens of just a trained wrestler of that size moving like that.
