Cannot disagree that letting Bates, Reader and others go was on the FO. Just saying Pollack couldn't coach up anybody on the OL and Lou and
the Defensive coaches couldn't coach up tackling or discipline to not allow explosive plays. I think it was both. If Peters can coach up the youth
on the OL and Golden and the new Defensive coaches are upgrades we should be right back in the Playoffs IMO.
