I had hopes for Bell and Nikerson, but I don't see them making it. One or both to PS? Evans is the real deal. He's going to make valuable contributions off the bench if not compete for a starting job by this time next year.

I would be 100% fine with this roster. I might take Flowers over Tupou. Tupou could make it to the PS, and Flowers is good on special teams.

Glad to see you keep Tra over Ced. Peerman had a good run here as ST captain, but it's time to go younger. Carson would be a good guy to keep around if Hill leaves after the season.

Also, I think you have to find a spot for K. Russell.
Today I'm TEAM SEWELL. Tomorrow TEAM PITTS. Maybe TEAM CHASE. I can't decide, and glad I don't have to.

Yea, Flowers and Tupou was actually my hardest decision. I kept flipping back and forth with those two. I like Tupou but I really think Flowers makes it for his speed and ST, Ive just never been to high on him. I like Nickerson but I thought he was injured. If he is healthy I hope him and Bell make the PS.

Good stuff, but you counted Lawson twice, and that is where MJ still makes the roster as the run-stuffer (which I don't really think he is, but they honor contracts unless you really suck...and are fat).

I don't see Tupou making it over Pat Sims.  I love the kids upside, but he needs a year on the PS.  And it is really nitpicking, but I wouldn't have Cox over Shaw at FS.

My hope is that Jackson plays so well at CB in week 1 (no pressure, kid) that they leave him there and Adam Jones plays nickel CB, where he is very good.

I don't see them letting Driskoll go on the PS as he would likely be gone and they carried him all of last year.  I think Pat may be the casualty.

Nice work, overall, as I think with those minor changes, you nailed it.

Changes to yours

Deilman out Redmond in.

Topou Hardison Clarke out. Sims MJ and Sean Williams in. Williams supposedly wont be out long.

Carson out Driskel or Flowers in. We kept Driskel all last year. Hard to see them cutting him after more time in the system and AJMC one year closer to free agency.

Keivare makes it for the first game and Picmans suspension

Damn, completely missed him and I agree.  Even with the injury to Williams, I would keep Russell over Cox.  Plus, I want to see if he can continue his streak of INTs per NFL snap...right now, he's one-for-one and he may be playing against the same guy!  (Ryan Mallett)

they keep Jeff Driskell as a 3rd QB, he isn't going anywhere

Thanks for taking the time. Driskell definitely makes it though. So we're carrying 3 QBs again this year. Michael Johnson makes it. He needs to go, but they'll keep him and play him for the amount he's making. Cedric Peerman makes it over Carson. While I agree Carson should get the spot, we all know the team will hang on to good locker room guys forever. I think Winston stays for OT depth and Pat Sims or Wallace Gilberry will be on the final roster.

I'd say that's pretty close

Not sure if they'll keep Driskell or not ? Like others have said I'll be kinda shocked if MJ doesn't make it even though he probably shouldn't. Mike Brown honors contracts over all else. Peerman ? I'm not sure, again with the honoring thing. In my mind Carson should get the nod.

If Peerman makes it, he makes it mainly because they value the stud ST player over the 4th RB position .  This is not a non veteran team like a few teams ago or a change of culture team like coming out of 2010, they have leaders besides Peerman but they have not found a low on the roster backup type player that can perform the  ST player duties that Peerman can.. unless they feel they have someone that can...

I think we should keep Tra Carson over Peerman. But we can still keep Peerman in the locker room as the new team pastor if he retires and does not get picked up by another team.

It's crazy to think they plan on dressing 4 RBs on game day cuz they need 1 to play special teams...That means Peerman is gonna dress over Core and Malone on game days...

Thanks, I guess I should have changed the title to "53man rosters you hope to see" since I kinda let personal feelings outweigh Mike Brown logic. As for Jackson and Jones I totally agree. But I contradicted myself by assuming Jones is the starter after hanging onto him through his off the field BS.

Tupou is just a big run stuffing machine who I'm sure will be on the PS, just wishful thinking on my part.

Carson, I love this kid. I know once Peerman was out our ST played pretty bad so maybe you guys are right about him staying. I just like what Carson has to offer if Bernard is not the same.

Lol it was late when I posted this but your right, there are only 52. So if you guys had to go with this roster, who would you fill that last spot with?

I've been hearing K. Russel, I'm not too familiar with him. Brown may stay loyal to Johnson. It's tough, is Winston better than the young guys, is Flowers worth a spot just for ST, do you keep another big body like Sims or just drop Johnson in the depth chart. Or keep a 3rd QB.

Who would you guys use for that final spot on this roster.

+1  If it was anyone but MB or Jerry Jones, I'd say they HAVE to keep Driskell and will NOT let McCarron walk without getting something for him, BUT   .....   it is MB and that's a coin toss.

(The only reason I mentioned Jones is because he did fire his HC after back to back SB wins)

I counted 53. 26 O 24 D and 3 specialists

I think they go 6 at WR and try to get Core on the practice squad, Malone is more polished and brings the same things to the table Core does. I love Erickson he seems like the type of player the Patriots always have on their team. Plus no way you risk Ross or Mixon returning kicks.

Think they keep sims at DT if they cut him they would have 3 DT's in Billings, Glasglow and Tupou with zero game experience.

Think MJ stays because it's not typically a cut the Bengsks make.

Good stuff, just a few observations:

Sims and MJ are going nowhere. So drop Tapou and Hardison (Will Clarke takes Hardison Roll and Sims takes Tapou

Good chance core doesn't make it. if you count the WRs and TEs we have 10 not to mention Gio and Hewitt play more of a pass catching role coming out of the backfield.

Flowers most likely over Evans.

Is Uzomah back to practicing? If he has to miss against thr Ravens how do they deal with that? Go light at TE for 1 or 2 games or Shreck makes the 53 for depth?
