Keep Shreck as 4th TE.

Tate is a good blocker for a WR though and Schreck isn't stellar at blocking as a TE. I wouldn't be so sure they are that far apart from each other just because of the ~20 lb weight difference.

Evan Engram is only 240 lbs. I think Tate could get to that size in one season if the team wanted to convert him to TE.
Zac Taylor 2019-2020: 6 total wins
Zac Taylor 2021-2022: Double-digit wins each season, plus 5 postseason wins
Zac Taylor 2023: 9 wins despite losing Burrow half the season
Zac Taylor 2024: Started 1-4. If he can turn this into a playoff appearance, it will be impressive.

I dont want to sound like i am banging the drum for this too much. But they pull out a HoF QB and put the ball in Hills hands frequently. And it works

TE's sometimes have to block DE's something I don't see tate doing  but hopefully neve rhave to find out
