I used to live in Denver. King Supers is owned by Kroger, and if you go to the frozen section, you will find all the Skyline you can eat.

I've won chili cook-offs (local stuff, nothing to write home about). But chili is 90% about the smell. You throw in all your stuff and if it smells right, it almost always tastes right.

What I am saying is if you entered a chili contest and put beans in your Chili you would be disqualified because chili isn't supposed to have beans in it. I agree with you though Texas style chili is really good its just not as good as the Nati style chili.

We took a little back road trip down to Pueblo this week. The views were amazing. Thought we were in some sort of national park, but we weren't. 

It really never gets old!

YES! And the Loaf 'n Jug is also owned by them. I'll rack up my Kroger points in no time, lol.

When we came out in early September I thought it was called King Scoopers, lol...Now I just call it King Kroger's.



Who knows if we will ever move back but I REALLY needed a change of pace, life, scenery and had to get away from a few toxic and horrible members of my family. Nothing makes a statement like picking up and leaving for someplace as awesome as Colorado and 1,200 miles away! They can keep their miserable bullshit. I'm not interested in that life.

We were actually going to try an open a Cincinnati chili restaurant...Thinking about it anyway.

All the stoners here would love the addition of noodles and cheese to their chili, I believe.

They've got a TON of noodle restaturants...Not much cheese though.

Colorado is definitely a cool place though.  I would never get tired of the views there....unless you're in the eastern part of the state.  Those views are super-forgettable.
